The military method
The U.S. Naval School has established a routine to help pilots fall asleep in 2 minutes or less.
It took about 6 weeks of practice, but it worked - even after drinking coffee and in background noise!

- Relax your entire face, including the muscles in your mouth too!
- Let your shoulders loose to release the tension and let your hands fall to the side of your body.
- Blow out the air slowly.
- Relax your legs, thighs and ankles.
- Cleanse your mind for 10 seconds with the idea of a pleasant relaxing scene / memory.
- If that doesn’t work, try saying the words “don’t think” over and over again for 10 seconds.
You need to fall asleep in 10 seconds! Have a good rest! § :)
