How to fall asleep in 10 seconds?

The military method

The U.S. Naval School has established a routine to help pilots fall asleep in 2 minutes or less.

It took about 6 weeks of practice, but it worked - even after drinking coffee and in background noise!

  1. Relax your entire face, including the muscles in your mouth too!
  2. Let your shoulders loose to release the tension and let your hands fall to the side of your body.
  3. Blow out the air slowly.
  4. Relax your legs, thighs and ankles.
  5. Cleanse your mind for 10 seconds with the idea of a pleasant relaxing scene / memory.
  6. If that doesn’t work, try saying the words “don’t think” over and over again for 10 seconds.

You need to fall asleep in 10 seconds! Have a good rest! § :)
